About the Design

Adorable folded baby sprinkle thank you note cards are perfect for saying thanks from your baby sprinkle shower. These feature a yummy ice cream sundae with rainbow colored sprinkles. The outside front has the words "Thank you!" in a pink script font. We can change this font color to blue for boys. Just include a note to the designer when you order. Our note cards are blank inside, but we can also create with wording on the inside. Just indicate the wording when you order and we will send you a proof. Perfect for any baby sprinkle occasion!
