About the Design

This affordable SIMULATED gold foil and navy blue striped wedding thank you card has a swag of burgundy, wine, marsala, soft pink, red, fuchsia, and ivory watercolor flowers and branches, leaves and other greenery and berries in green and brown tones on a white text area trimmed in gold. The words "Thank You very much" are printed in burgundy and gold below the flowery swag garland. The inside is left blank for you to hand write a note inside. The navy, gold and white color scheme is carried to the inside and there is a smaller burgundy bouquet on the upper right corner of the bottom flap.

Since the gold stripes, and fine gold edging are SIMULATED gold and not real gold foil, if you want the gold to have a shimmer to it, I suggest ordering the ice pearl paper as it has a subtle shimmer that will help all the gold effects look their best. The gloss cover paper also has a semi-gloss shine but it is quite lightweight and flimsy feeling for a wedding. The other papers have a matte finish, so anything printed on top of them will pick up the properties of the paper, so nothing will have a shine on the card. It will still look like it does with the gold tone pattern, but it will not look or feel like gold foil as it will have a matte finish on it (no shine).
